What we collect, how your trade is protected, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What information we collect
At checkout we ask for your Roblox username, Discord username, preferred payment method, and any optional notes. That's it — there are no accounts, no passwords, and no payment or card details are ever entered on this site. This page doesn't process live payment; the actual trade happens directly with a verified Pandem Staff member on Discord.
How it's used
What you submit at checkout is sent straight to Pandem Staff so they can find you on Discord and complete your trade. It isn't stored in a database or used for anything beyond that order.
Buyer protection
Every trade is completed by a verified Pandem Staff member — nothing changes hands until you've confirmed you actually have the item. If anything about your trade doesn't feel right, reach out to staff in Discord with your order ID and we'll help make it right.
Vouches
Real trades get real vouches in our Discord — that's how other traders (and you) know we're legit before committing to anything.
